As displayed in the above links, on February 22, 2016, Chase’s Mortgage Banking Customer Service Call Center, confirms that fraud is in fact evident to the mortgage lender , YET remain silent regarding the same.

The very next day on February 23, 2016, a letter to the United States Bankruptcy Court Eastern District of New York and the assigned trustee to the “Bankruptcy Estate of Brian Denker-Youngs” is informed and provided the same transcript and recording in the links below.  This is filed and noted on PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records) under case no. 1-15-14069-CEC as a “restricted document” under ECF doc no 217.

Thereafter, on March 21, 2016 the attached reference and Order is in fact issued by the Court with reference to the marital home.

The following NYPD report of April 7, 2016 was taken at a Brooklyn Chase branch after having met in person with a Chase Mortgage Banker and such names disclosed to Police as to why Chase is prohibited from sharing information about the mortgage on the property to someone they now deem “A THIRD PARTY”
